Private Consult Options:
Private Consult in your home - $60/session; $210 for 4 sessions (mileage may be charged for round trips over 10 miles)
60-90 minutes of one-on-one instruction and skills practice in your home. We will follow an agreed-upon curriculum that's customized for you and your dog. Areas that are typically covered over several sessions include overall communication, impulse control and socialization skills as well as more specific behaviors such as basic obedience cues, polite greetings, leash manners and barking.
Private Consult at Savvy Dog Academy - $50/session; $175 for 4 sessions
Same overall topics and format as an in-your-home session. Can also include 15-20 minutes of play/socializing time with other dogs, if appropriate.
"Intern" Day - $50/day
You and your dog will both come to Savvy Dog Academy and train with the other "students" for 3-5 hours. (your dog can stay all day if they want!) You will assist me in working with your own dog as well as the other dogs in attendance that day. A great way to learn and apply training skills "on the job"!
Walking Consult - $30/session
A 30 minute session at a mutually agreed upon location which is designed to specifically work on leash manners and / or leash reactivity.
Online Consult - $25/session
Online consults (typically 20-30 minutes) are only available for current customers who have participated in at least one private consult, two Program Days or two class sessions. Utilizing Skype or FaceTime, we can efficiently address questions or issues that come up during your training program or do some fine-tuning or follow up after a training program has been completed.
Semi-Private Consults - $80/session @ your home; $70/session @ Savvy Dog Academy
If you have friends or family who are also interested in training their dog, combined sessions can be a fun and affordable learning format. The above prices cover up to 4 dogs from 2 different households; for larger groups, call for pricing.
